    Pre-Session

    We’ll be meeting over Google Meet. It is better if you can be on a laptop or tablet so you can see me share my screen. However, if you’re on your phone it’s okay too since I will share the document with you after. It is ideal to have your session in a quiet space where you can fully focus. You may want a paper and pen to take notes. Having a relaxing cup of tea or some water nearby is always a good idea. Other than that, just come with an open mind!

    If we are doing reiki together after your reading, please make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes that you can lie down or sit in. 24 hours prior to your session, please complete the Reiki Intake Form here.

    During the session

    At the beginning of the session, we’ll do a little bit of grounding to center ourselves before diving in. We will have a short discussion about what is coming up for you, so we know how to best focus the session. Feel free to ask me questions as we go along. It is supposed to be interactive.

    If you have selected the Reiki add-on, we will transition from the one hour reading directly into the reiki session. You’ll need a quiet place to lay down or a comfortable place to sit. I recommend listening to this Spotify Playlist or Youtube video.

    We will turn off the camera and audio during the Reiki and reconnect 30 minutes later.

    Post-Session

    I will send you a PDF of your human design chart and notes about your design. Once you’ve had a chance to read through the document and reflect on your reading, feel free to email me with any follow-up questions at hello.soraholistic@gmail.com. The process of integrating what you have learned and putting it into practice is a journey. I invite you to schedule a follow-up session if you’d like to discuss your progress or dive even deeper into your chart!

    If you have reiki with me, we will have time to reintegrate after your reiki session over Zoom or phone. After the reiki session, you may feel more tired or relaxed. Let yourself sit in the comfort of that feeling and try not to schedule too much for the rest of the day. Try to avoid alcohol, caffeine and tobacco for 24 hours after. It can be helpful to journal any emotions or feelings that come up for you.

I believe in making my services as accessible as possible. Because of that, I offer a scaled pricing model that provides three different price options instead of one fixed price. Having three levels of pricing allows my clients to help me to support those in the community who may have less resources. Please choose the option that feels appropriate to you and your circumstances.

Payment is accepted via venmo or paypal on the day of your session.
